Dan Cuthern had lived under an overpass in Jefferson County, Missouri for more than ten years, with his dog Bentley always at his side. Five local women got to know him and decided, together, to help him climb out.
They raised money for a hotel room first, then kept going until they could buy him an RV of his own. They also helped him land a job at a local doggy daycare — a fresh start for Dan, and for Bentley too.
